Apartment A1

 

Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

It has separate entrance. Only one bedroom, kitchen with eating space but in the front of the apartment there is a garden with a beautiful eating space.

It doesn't have any living room.

Total capacity of the beds is three. One bed is additional.

Apartment has shower/wc.

Each apartment has:

All guests can:

• use a grill in the back of the house
• eating space in front of the house
• has a reserved parking space

Apartment A2

 

Second floor of the house consist of 2 apartments with common entrance hall. It's convinient for two families who knows each other.

First one, A2+1 has kitchen with eating space and one big room.

There are two beds in the room and one of them is matrimonial bed.

This apartment has access to balcony.

Apartment A2 and apartment A3 can be merged into one big apartment for 8-9 people.

Apartment has shower/wc and air-conditioner.

Apartment A3

 

Third apartment A4 + 1 is the second apartment on the second floor.

It is biggest apartment in Villa Valerija.

It has two rooms. One with twin beds and one with matrimonial bed. Kitchen and living room, with additional beds.

Apartment has big balcony with the sea view.

Apartment has shower/wc and air-condition.

Each apartment has:
